A beach house directly by the sea: check the location
A sea view is not the same as direct beach access. A holiday home can overlook the water yet be separated from it by roads or other properties. Check the exact location, access and current images before booking. At Villa Boreal, the grounds lead directly to the beach on the Flensburg Fjord, complemented by a private 15-metre bathing jetty. The fjord is a Baltic Sea inlet with views towards Denmark, rather than an open surf coast. Wind, weather and water levels affect swimming conditions. Direct beach access does not imply an exclusively private beach.
The Villa Boreal beach house: a retreat within the estate
The 50 m² beach house has two floors, one double bedroom, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom. A veranda facing the sea and a fireplace make it a separate retreat within the grounds. The 250 m² main house adds space for shared meals and time together. Both buildings are rented together only. This suits couples, families or friends who want both company and privacy. A beach house with your dog: agree the details first
For a beach house holiday with a dog by the sea, the label pet-friendly is only the starting point. Dogs at Villa Boreal are welcome on request. Tell us what pets and how many dogs will travel; confirm conditions and any additional costs before accepting an offer. We do not promise a fully fenced garden or unrestricted access to every beach.
